Cancellation Policy

In the event you must cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of your appointment. For cancellations without 24 hour advanced notice, a $50 service fee will be charged to the credit card on file. The service fee will be applied, as a credit, towards your rescheduled appointment within the following 4 weeks.

No-Call/No-Show will be charged $50, and is not eligible as a credit towards future scheduling. Your account will be flagged and you may be subject to dismissal from the practice.

Refund Policy

Any charges paid by you, for treatment procedures or courses, and products are final and nonrefundable. However, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of treatment package) can be applied, as a credit to your account, to any other services or products. Credits are not transferable.

Tox Touch-Up Policy

For your convenience and safety, touch-up appointments are provided free of charge if scheduled between day 14 and day 21 following your initial treatment. This allows us to evaluate the results accurately and make any necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction with the outcome.

Please be aware that tox (Botox/Dysport or similar treatment) may take a full 14 days to settle and exhibit its final results. During this period, we will not evaluate or perform additional treatments. It’s crucial to avoid adding more Tox before the full 14 days have passed, as the treatment may still be actively taking effect. Adding additional Tox during this period may lead to overdosing and potential complications.
